Since 1980 Mr. Baber has represented injured people of the State of Arkansas. Mr. Baber is a Little Rock native – growing up in the Little Rock public school system and attending Tulane University of New Orleans on a football scholarship. He attended the University of Arkansas Law School one year before transferring and graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1980.
Mr. Baber’s first law job was at Central Arkansas Legal Services under the Reginald Hebert Smith Fellowship from Howard University. Since 1982, Mr. Baber has served as a successful Little Rock personal injury lawyer, representing the people of the State of Arkansas from the same office at 210 State Street in downtown Little Rock. He was associated with Omar Greene, J.H. Cottrell and Bob Laster. Brent Baber is married to Kristen Kilgore Baber and is the father of two sons.
Mr. Luppen is a Little Rock native having attended Little Rock public schools and the Culver Military Academy. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas Law School in 1981. Mr. Luppen worked at Central Arkansas Legal Services and The Arkansas Attorney General’s Office before joining Brent Baber and Omar Greene at 210 State Street in 1987. Mr. Luppen has won numerous acquittals in criminal jury trials in Courts throughout Arkansas. Mr. Luppen has represented people charged with serious crimes. He is married to Patti Luppen and is the father to one daughter.
